This is my favorite and very easy muffins recipe (by Dasha Malakhova). You can bake them with any berries. But I’ve changed this recipe and added crushed nuts, banana and a pinch of nutmeg instead of berries.
30 minutes. 12 muffins
250 g of flour
1 cup (glass) of sugar
1 cup (glass) of sour cream
1 tablespoon of baking powder
One pinch of nutmeg
One pinch of vanilla or vanilla sugar
1-1.5 cup of crushed (chopped) walnuts (you can add almonds if you want)
Mix eggs, sour cream and sugar. Then add sifted flour and all dry ingredients. Quickly mix a dough with spoon or mixer and put it in silicone molds. Put slices of banana in dough or on top of each muffin for decoration.
Bake in a preheated oven (170 °C or 338 °F) for 25-30 minutes.
